How to Measure for Spider Netting

Measuring for spider netting is easy! Measure "inside to inside" meaning you measure from the inside of one post to the post at the end of your netting, then repeat for width. Make sure to measure all four sides to make sure one end is not smaller than the other, if they are uneven, please include all four measurements. If your netting will not be flat, measure the middle height and the two end heights so that we can account for the curve.

Fixed Shades

Fixed Sun Shade Installation

For our fixed shade installation, please watch the spider netting installation video.

Installation of the cable system that serves as the anchor for our fixed shades is functionally identical to that of our spider netting. Please reference our video on spider netting installation for a guide on how to set your i bolts, thread and tighten your cable, and hang your fixed shade. For a proper fit on your shade place your i bolts 3 inches farther apart than the height of your shade. This will allow room for your carabiners and ties to stretch the shade properly and keep it from being loose and flap in the wind.
